Wrong Item Delivered
Step 1 - Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery at Email - info@harbicious.com or on WhatsApp at 9650526943 with the pictures of the wrong item delivered and your order ID.
Step 2 - Allow us 48-72 working hours to review your replacement request.
Step 3 - On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product delivered to you.
Step 4 - In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.
Step 5 - As soon as the wrong product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on the stock availability or else we will refund).
Item Damaged

Step 5 - As soon as the damaged product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on the stock availability or else we will refund).
Refund processing times vary based on the original payment method:
a. Credit/debit card or net banking refunds: Please allow us 5 to 7 working days for the credit to appear.
b. Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds: Approval may require an image of a voided cheque leaf, bank statement or bank details. COD refunds may take up to a maximum of 3 weeks.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused; refund processing times may be subject to delays due to various factors including bank policies or circumstances beyond our control.
We will not be able to return/replace your products in the following cases
• Opened/ used/ altered products
• Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc) missing
• The return/ replacement request is generated after 3 days from the date of delivery
