We do not collect any payment card details. All payments are handled directly via COD or UPI outside our systems.

We use your details to confirm orders on WhatsApp, calculate delivery availability and charges, dispatch your products, and provide after-order support.

Your information is never used for unsolicited marketing without your consent.

Customer information may be shared with delivery partners only where required to fulfil your order — specifically your name, phone number, and delivery address.

We do not sell, rent, or trade customer data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
