How we process your order
All orders — whether Cash on Delivery or prepaid UPI — are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. This ensures you receive the right products to the right address.

WhatsApp ConfirmationEvery order is personally confirmed before dispatch. No order is shipped without prior WhatsApp confirmation.

Right to RefuseHarbicious may refuse or cancel orders if delivery details are incomplete, service is unavailable for the pincode, or order authenticity is in question.

PricingAll prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). A flat delivery charge of ₹60 applies. Prepaid UPI orders receive a 10% discount on product value.

DeliveryDelivery timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation. Harbicious is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
